Chicago Buhurt Fight Club
Chicago
Hydras
Armored combat. Real steel. Full contact. We train in soft armor, we fight in real steel armor, and we welcome anyone willing to put the work in.
This is buhurt
Not choreography.
A real fight.
Medieval armored combat as a modern full-contact sport. Steel weapons, historically accurate armor, and a referee — with real rules.
Full Contact
Strikes land. Takedowns happen. Armor and strict rules keep it safe, but nobody is pulling punches.
Real Steel
Blunted steel weapons and armor built to 13th–16th century patterns. Every piece gets inspected before it sees the list.
Team Sport
5v5, 12v12, 30v30. You hold the line with the people next to you or you go down with them.
The Hydra
Many Heads. One Team.

We’ll teach you.
You don’t need armor. You don’t need to be in fighting shape. We have loaner gear and we will teach you from zero.
